About Me

If you were to ask me about myself in an interview, I’d start with something professional like “I’m a digital content producer that specialises in…” BUT since this is not an interview and I control the narrative of this website, Hi, hello, I’m Shay. 

I’m 27 and moved down to the far south NSW from Brisbane recently. Creating things has always been one of my joys in life, and I take pride in the work I produce. I use my camera as an extension of myself, a tool to produce the vision I see to share with others. I think there is something special about capturing the joy and magic of a moment, and being able to tell a story with it. 

My goal is to create work that inspires people to open their minds and think. From that small voice that asks “why not me” all the way through to documenting the vocal “not for us” protests, I hope to evoke an internal response from each and every person who comes across my work.
